Youth Summit hosted in East London
Beyond Zero hosted the Adolescent and Young People’s (AYP) summit at the East London ICC from the 23rd -24th February 2024. The summit aimed to provide a platform for AYP to share experiences of the programme, facilitate best practice sharing from implementing partners, and afford the programme beneficiaries an opportunity to inform programme implementation in Yr3.
The AYP Summit was attended by over 300 AYP including different stakeholders such as Bumb’INGOMSO and TBHIV Care, FPD, WRHI, Higher Health, Social Change, MIET Africa, the Department of Health, Department of Education, Department of Social Development, Buffalo City Municipality, Civil Society, APHA and other programme supporting partners.
